Here are a few pictures from my trip to the Winchester House. The trip was really great. It was certainly worth the price of the tickets. I recomend this trip to anyone in the area.
Below the pictures I posted I found a few cool videos about the Winchester House on youtube.com. They are certainly worth watching if you are intersted in the story of the Winchester House.

About My Day There
Today was a much better day. We woke up and Travis was feeling pretty good. We got dressed and went to the Winchester House. I had always wanted to go to this house, ever since I was a kid. I was so excited once we got there.
I read a few reviews about it online and some people said that the tour of the property was a disappointment. I was a little nervous that I would be let down, fortunately I was not. Travis and I went on both tours that the Winchester House offered, the Mansion Tour and the Behind the Scenes Tour. We went on the Mansion Tour first. I took a bunch of pictures. At the end of the tour the guide told us that we had walked a mile during the hour long tour. Travis was still holding up well so I was really happy.
After the Mansion Tour we had a short break before the Behind the Scenes tour started. We sat down for a few minutes on a park bench in the middle of a garden. I really enjoy these opportunities. We sat and talked, enjoyed each other’s company. It was so nice to feel carefree for a while.
We went on the Behind the Scenes tour. It was pretty interesting but not as interesting as the Mansion tour. After the tour we came back to the apartment and relaxed. The day was a little exhausting so we decided to order pizza instead of going out to dinner.
Today was a good day. It was almost like he did not have the tumor. We just enjoyed every moment for what it was. I hope there are more days like this ahead. I am so happy to move ahead of this tumor.
